The bike is a 2005 yfz450se and the problem is that I keep blowing the fuse. I took all of the plastic off and traced every wire but I can't find where any wire is damaged. What else will cause the fuse to blow? There are no mods to the electrical part of the bike just piped and jetted.

 

Not sure but i had a similar problem with my 01 yamaha warrior, the solenoid went n was letting to much current flow, and that blew the fuses, i just went to a junk yard n got a solenoid of a wrecked 400ex, fuse hasnt blown since, it may not be that though, but maybe this will help
