Default Baja 50cc Oil Change and Oil Level ?

Picked up the Baja 50cc for my son who just turned four. He has been wearing it out. I had to make several adjustments after picking it up from Pep-Boys to get it dialed in. The manual stinks. I need to do the break in maintenece (oil change). There is no mention of proper oil level. When you unscrew the oil fill cap in the back, should I fill it all the way up? Thanks and now that it is broken in can/should I switch to synthetics, if so what weight/brand do you all recommend?

When you change the oil make sure you use a 4 stroke/motorcycle oil. 15w40 or 10w40. I tyake it your fill cap does not have a dip stick built into it? Is there a site glass on the right side of the motor?

There is no dipstick on the cap and there is no site glass on the side of the motor. The manual says it hold approx 900ml. I can go by that on the oil change, but I was just curious as to how much I may need to put in there to make sure that it stays topped off.
