Baja storm 125
#2
I just bought 2 of them, this past monday 05/07/07. They are solid machines! However we put it on the track wensday, about 2hours into it something fell off! I'm going to put it back on this weekend with red loctite! Overall I was impressed how it performed. Alot of the bolts need to be removed and reinstall with red loctite! I'm also going to replace the small 1/4 bolts that hold on the nerf bars with at least 3/16 grade a bolts! Oh by the way my 9yr old son wiped out on his last lap 1st turn! Bike is just fine! I highly recomend a kill switch right away! This is all really new to me (atv racing) But I think my son will do just fine! By the way I only spent $1300 otd on each bike! NOT $4500 on a apex with race equipment!!!!I'll keep evryone posted when they ask!

You should really have a tether switch if your racing..I'm surprised its not in the rules at your local track..I saw a kid flip an LT 80 once and it got mud packed in the throttle and took off on its own wide open..Luckily it headed off into the woods instead of back across the track or into the crowd.

This bike is the same as the typhoon ! except for the name! We dont really race, we just practice. I took the other rear baskets ( behind were feet sit) off. Dont need it! Our first race is June 16. 2007. I realized last night that it does not matter the bike its the rider! I seen a 7yr old on a eaton 90 viper last night spank everybody on the track.!!!!! 7 YRS old!!!!!!!!!!!! He was awsome!

the Baha and Typhoon have different motors. you can tell by the clutch adjusting nuts. the typhoons is on the right case towards the back. the Bahas is in the center of the case because it has a crank mounted clutch.
