I noticed that it ran fine at first then i stopped added some gas and the thing started smoking BAD thick white smoke when ever i was giving it gas...then i stopped shut it off tryed to start it again but it wouldnt turn over..acted like it was sezied but after a lil bit i tryed again and it turned over...so i pulled the head off just to get a good look at the piston and it appered fine...so i bolted the head back on and tryed to turn it over again..it started to turn but after maybe 5sec of turning it stopped and smoke was comeing off off something near the primary cluch HELP ME!!

did the oil injection stop working and you seized it up. you'll have to pull the carb off as well as the exhaust manifold to see if the sides of the piston has score marks. also could be the crank bearing. either way 90 psi isnt really good

You've got a blower on your trailblazer? LOL Piston Wiseco, $120.00. Bore, $40.00. Top end gasket set, $20.00.
Lots more power for a buck 80 not so bad. How long did the last bore job last?

That's pretty good, my last rebuild on a 250 Polaris was $450.00. That included everything down to the crank bearings.
I dropped the engine off though, did the R&R myself. They are great little engines. Doc
