grizzly sputters in water

Default grizzly sputters in water

i have an 05 grizzly 660 when i go in water say medium to deep it starts to sputter and miss doesnt cut off just sputters for a minute or two then clears up i am looking at the boot arond the spark plug to start with any ideas or personal experience with this will be greatly appreciated you all have helped me before and here i am again thank you

Default grizzly sputters in water

I doubt it would be your spark plug boot. You might want to check your air box under the seat and make sure its sealed. Somtimes water will get in there and cause it to sputter. also check the air tube thing or whatever that leads from the air box and make sure its not sucking any water in.
