Default 2007 Side Plastic

Has anyone else had a problem with the side plastic falling off. Every time I ride even for a short time I have to snap the side plastic back on. The worst place is the left side(sitting on the bike) in the corner near the seat. Haven't heard anyone else mention having a prblem, maybe I have some bad pieces?

yeah man sounds like your plastics arent matching up to your frame. I wouldnt go out and buy a whole new body kit, just get the pieces that'll fit. Make sure you get the right year of your quad to match up with the body plastics.

No problems here. Got to wonder if you are putting it on correctly. There is a slot at the top right that it has to go into, is it possible you have missed that??? The seat also helps to hold everything in place. Maybe replace the rubber gromets if they are deformed.....

The side panels on mine fit fine, and I've had them off a few times installing accessories and changing oil. With the seat off, first be sure the tab at the bottom of the lower panel on each side goes into it's slot in the mudguard correctly, then there are four posts on each panel that need to be pushed completely into their rubber grommets. Then put the seat back on. If it still doesn't fit snuggly, I would concur with Reconranger, you must have some bad rubber on one or more of the fittings.
