Is it possible to do so in minnesota? what steps should i take?

 

If you do some looken back in the day Minnesota used to let 3 wheelers ride on the roads. You can try but I am sure it won't happen.

It's getting to be hard enough to just ride in the ditch or even find trails

 

Im thinking it might be possible i have seen a steet legal snowmobile in minnesota. if that can be legal why can't a atv?

yeah i should try that first. ill call them tommorow. i just don't want them to not take me seriously. street legal ds650 means fun!!

 

If the city in your profile is accurate, then I would say no, you won't be able to make your DS street legal. A big part of that is because you're in the Metro area. There are specific regulations that pertain to ATV's within the 7 county metro area.

In the more outlying areas of MN, some cities have ordinances allowing use of ATV's on city streets, others have ordinances against them.
