Just bought and put on a Warn RT25 for the Grizz. One recommendation to everyone. If you order a mounting plate with the winch ensure that it is a WARN brand plate! The company I ordered it from sent me a Cycle Country mounting plate. The Warn plate comes with the wires cut and terminated to the right lenght, bolts up exactly where it should on the frame, and has a place on the back of the mounting plate to bolt the contactor to. The Cycle Country plate uses u-bolts to attach to the frame, does not ship with any wires (from the contactor to the motor) that are the right lenght, and does not have a place to mount the contactor. Those of you with Grizzly 700's know there are VERY FEW options for mounting the contactor....Fourtunately Warn thought of all of this in advance.

All in all I am very pleased with the winch. I almost bought one of the cheap Chicom winches off Ebay...I am so glad now I went with the Warn.....
