I recently purchased a new 07' TRX250ex for my wife and her only complaint is the suspension is too stiff. What would be the logical way to go about making the suspension more plush, so to speak?
Has anyone one put longer travel shocks on this quad?

 

cant you set the preload on it like on a dirt bike? sorry if this doesn't help but I'm new to quads but not to dirt bikes

 

In the mid size range the 250EX is a nice machine, but I try to recommend the 300EX for those who are willing to learn to use a clutch....just because it has better suspension....

I put the new ITP TracStar radial tires on our 250's, and they really contribute to the suspension and handling! The balooney stock tires need to be replaced anyway. Maybe try Works Performance for some aftermarket shocks.
