everytime i turn my key on my 400ex, it blows the 15 amp fuse on the positive side. any info. on this condition would be great . thanx

 

one of your power wires is grounding out on the frame more then likely, check all of your wires

 

I also had this problem with my 04 400ex... The most likely cause of a few blowing for anything is a short in your wiring... mine was in my head lights... if your lights dont work that great that is prolly ur problen... for short time fix i just made sure the lights were off when i started it that fixed temprarily then i found my short...bare wire.... striped and put in a connector and my prob was fixed
