I have seen dynatec and procom cdi's for the 660 grizz. Are they worth it? You don't hear much about them

I have a Dynatek on my Grizz. I didn't really notice any overall difference, but having a higher rev limiter really helps in mud holes. It's also nice to have the reverse limiter overriden, but it can also be overriden with a simple wire mod.

The Dynatek was worth every penny. It make a big difference in top end. If you are planning on installing An exhaust, rejeting, You will definatly notice a difference in the amount of power you get out of it. It works well with a machine thats more than just stock. But if you are not planning on doing any mods save your money and go with a jet kit. Thats where I got most of my power from. Good luck.

the 660's are already well mapped to begin with... (one of the least restrictive cdi's out there. this is the reason people put the 660 cdi on their rhinos) I don't think you'll notice much of a difference with an aftermarket one. Even some of the aftermarket cdi makers have claimed the reason they didn't make one for the griz was because they weren't gonna be able to advance it much.

18inches... did you stick yours on AFTER running the aftermarket exhaust and rejet? Or did you put it on at the same time or before?

I am not saying that it is a huge difference (I got more out of themre-jet). But for the money it is a good power upgrade and very easy to do, One screw.

The CDI on my prairie woke it up like no body's business. I was just wondering how the cdi for the grizz compared

you will probably get more out of a re-jet. And its a hell of allot cheaper.

Don't put the cdi on. Just go buy a new 07 Grizz 700FI. It is worth it.
