Hawkeye Skid Plate Pic Link
#1
For those who want to make a Skid Plate for their Hawkeye and don't want to pay $40 for the plastic one from Polaris, here's the dimensions and a link to some pics of mine.
I made it from 3/16 aluminum diamond plate and it is 5.5" wide and 21" long. There are 2 existing holes in the frame near the front gearcase and you will have to drill 2 holes at the rear. I used self tapping screws to hold it in place.
Here's the link to my pics of it.

Nice job, I will send this link to my cousin who bought his kids
Hawkeye's. Question, is there any concern about the screw
heads sticking out? Could you of use something like a round
smoth carriage bolt type screw to all for easy slide off?
