Default Please help!

I have a 06 honda recon that is far from stock. About a week ago my bike would just stall after like 10 seconds after starting it. I opened up the head and found out that there was oil on top of the piston. So i brought the piston and the cylinder to the Honda dealer and they told me that i needed to get it bored and honed so i did. When i got the parts back i put it back to gether and it still stalls after 10 seconds of running. Please help me!

Kind of hard to guess at without being able to hear or see how it stalls... I'd suspect something might be going on with the carb, like maybe the float stuck or it's valve only lets in a seep of gas, and once the float bowl runs dry it stalls?

Maybe a chunk of gook floating around in the bowl?

Does it run OK and without smoke during the time it does run?
