Default 07' 250ex heel protectors....

I recently installed DG Alloy Nerf Bars on my wife's 07' TRX250ex and had to remove the stock plastic heel protectors. I searched but had no luck finding any type of after market heel protectors for this combination. Please let me know or direct me to where I can find these if they exist.

Thanks,
Jim

I have DG nerfs as well on my 250's, and we just go without the heel protectors. We all wear boots anyway, and I have never heard of anybody getting their foot sucked in the back.

It does seem more popular lately however, for manufacturers to let you keep the heels, or they put ones of their own on.

I got a response on another forum too that says they do not make them for the 250ex, no problem it looks better without the plastic ones anyways. My wife wears full gear but wears steel toe military style boots. She should be fine, she is not an aggressive rider at all anyways.

Thanks again.

I just put some on my 300 and the stock ones didnt fit so I just notched them out and now all is good. If you plan is to just take them off give it a try, whats the worth that can happen.
