I have a 400ex with lrd exhaust and bored out to 440. What would be a good asking price for this. It is not abused or misused.

Can any one help here ?

 

i'd say ask 2000 to 2500. i just bought a stock 01 for 600. me and my friend have been buying these cheap and selling them for about that after we fix'em up alittle.

I just bought a 2000 with white bros. pipe and rest of it stock in new condition for 1700 so ya somewhere around the 2000 range

 

the last one we sold we were asking 2500 for it and didn't even have it listed in the paper yet when one of our friends offered us 2200 for it. it was an 02 with new itp wheels and holeshot hd tires all around, it had an fmf powercore exhaust and a jet kit, and new factory plastic, there was other little odds and ends on it also. we had like 1700 in it so we sold it to him and it got solen from his house like two weeks later. kindda sucked for him but we still got paid.

 

Ya, 3000 seems a little steep to me. Paid 2500 for '02 426 (was told 440) with White bros. Eseries with fmf powerbomb and O'neal bars.
But, its like my Dad always told me, its worth whatever someone is willing to pay.
