Default Carb help

I have an 01' 400ex, and it's leaking A LOT of gas. I need to fix it soon, and most I've talked to have said it's probably a carb. problem. So I need any tips or help. Also if it is the carb should I rebuild or what would be the best option. And are there any good rebuild how to's because I've never done one. thanks alot

Default Carb help

A carb rebuild is very simple , the kit don't cost hardly anything , I paid $15 for mine from Honda , but if it is just leaking no need to rebuild , just do a gasket set , more than likely it is the float bowl gasket leaking ....

Thanks a lot man. So can I buy the rebuild kit/gasket set at a honda dealer or is there a place I can order it online?

Honda Dealership or just about anyplace online , including Ebay . But to be honest I would go with a Honda one cause the chepo aftermarket ones tend to have the wrong jets that will cause you to run lean , but if it runs fine just do the gaskets and don't worry bout the insodes .....
