03 300ex that shoots sparks out when i try to start, what is that tube, how do i get it open, and has any one else had this problem. and also now it has no power.

Sounds like a bad connection or loose wire or cable , check everything including the fuse connections back there

 

Checked all connections , battery, fuses, and nothing seems to do it ad i tried pull strating it since it has no power to start it and it started hesitently but none of the electronics work like the head lights, neutral,reverse ligts, and the tail lights.

 

Sounds like a short somewhere .. Keep looking and looking , mine done something similar and it took me atleast 100 times to find it,,,
