Default Heel-Toe Shifter

I need to find a heel-toe shifter for a 2002 Yamaha Big Bear 400. I've had some toe surgery and it's hard to pull up on the shifter. I've looked around but can't find any that are gauranteed to work on my model. Any suggestions of where I can find one?

I was looking for one for my wolvie, the GF had to put her entire foot under and pull up with her leg to shift, closest thing I could find off the shelf was from Moose Utilities Division (M.U.D.), I think they got what you need....
