this is the tire size on the rear of my sons trx honda 90, and they are really hard to find size, so i was really confused on all the different sizes. I found a maxxis tire and the size is 18x10-8, will these fit, and can someone explain these sizes to me, i am guessing but is 18 the height,and10 the width, and 8 the size of the wheel diameter, and if this is true, will the 10 inch width to wide to seal on the 8 inch wheel, please help

 

I have a 9.5 wide tire on an 8 inch rim an my kid's lt80. It looks fine! JL atv has a good tire selection for small quads.

 

well i got the 18x10 -8 tires for the trx and i had to space out the back wheels, modify the pipe mount, and then got a big hammer, and did a little hillbilly mechanic work, the problem when he went hard into a corner the tire would rub the pipe but now it is fine, and the tires really helped.

you're correct, 18 is the diameter, 10 the width and the 8 is the rim size
