Default Loss of Power

anyone have an idea as to why i have no bottom end on my raptor 660?. i have a trinity stage Iv exaust , open air box, EdelBrock carb 36x42mm. and droped down to a 12 tooth front sproket. when i first installed the exaust i couldnt keep the bike on the ground 1st,2nd,and 3rd. Now i have a hard time getting it up in 1st.? could it be the valves? i want to send it into the shop but would just like to get an idea as to what it could be before i send it in..

First thing I would do is a compression test. That will tell you where your at; even with the valves.

Things slowly go to smurf? I'd check valve clearance and compression.
