I want to post this as a warning for those of you buyin new parts for your quads. Back in December i started my Baja project, getting powdercoat done and ordering new parts, in January i ordered an AC rear skid plate and AC blackline pro peg nerf bars (the black powdercoated ones to match). I got the skid plate about 4 weeks after order and had to mallet it so my chain would clear the plate and the bolt holes were a lil off on each side. First they sent me aluminum pro pegs maybe 2 months after order, then they started giving me the run around about my blackline ones, first they were at the powdercoat, then 3 weeks later OH they were gettin welded together and then going to powdercoat, uh huh. I just received my pro pegs yesterday, 6 months it took! I goto install them and they dont line up, bolt holes dont match, hell the nerfs wont even fit into the peg tubes, luckily i had spare peg tubes that were shorter than AC's and they somewhat fit, enough for me to work with. I am disapointed that my rear fender brackets arent powdercoated as well, but i looked at my nerf bars and the powdercoat is chipped, in multiple places, horrible! Then i notice something else doesnt look right, i dont have the actual pegs!! Called ATVGalaxy which is where i placed the order and they r havin them shipped to me right away, but im not holdin my breath. This is the worst product order i've ever had, with any of my toys, and i will never buy an AC product again!

 

Sorry that you have had a bad run of luck AC Racing Parts. I hope that every thing gets that way that you want it with no more trouble. I have never ordered from them, but think for the heads up.

 

I had the exact same problem when I ordered my Black Line Pro Pegs for my DS. That review on AC's site on the Pro Pegs is mine. My Pro Pegs shipped without the pegs as well. I contacted AC and and Tucker Rocky (from where they where ordered) and they are still on back order since MAY! I wouldnt hold your breath!!

Yep...ac is just plain junk that doesnt fit....mine had to be bashed on and then i eventually had to reweld the joints on them after about a year....they are good now.

 

Yea Chris i hear ya, ATV Galaxy just got back to me and said i'll have them tomorow, they had them rush shipped to me for the mishap, you should call Tucker, they cant be on backorder if they shipped out a set for me...

 

im really sorry to hear this from all of you. i ordered a front bumper and rear grab bar shipped in about 2 weeks and they fit perfect. i ordered through mod3.
