Default Griz 700 Pod Mod rocks

I have been reading about the Pod Mod since I bought my 700 Grizz. I waited until after the first service to try it, and WOW! I set the number at 45. The first thing I noticed was it seemed to have snappier throttle response. The fist time out after the mod I unloaded on a dirt road, and thought okay, let's try this out. I nailed the throttle and nearly looped it over. The guy I was riding with was amazed. Over all power is definitely improved, particularly low and mid-range. If you haven't tried this yet with your 700 FI Griz, you don't know what you are missing.

It adjusts the FI on the yamaha's... (first came out w/ the yami street bikes)

I actually didn't notice any improvements when I tried it... so I put it back to defaults... What elevation are you at?

Do the POD mod and also put 25 or 30 bigger holes in your airfilter screen so it can breath better, then add a power tip to the exhaust and hold on!

Most of my riding is done between 3,500 and 6,500 feet. I was at about 3,000 feet when I first tried it. I had tried doing a power wheelie many times and was only able to get the wheels a little off the ground. After the POD mod it wanted to loop all the way over.

Ooh! That's what I need. I need to be able to make the ATV "loop all the way over" me. LOL

Definite difference noticeable right off idle to 1/4 throttle. Set at +40 seems to work nice here.
It's not NITRO or anything, but it does feel easier to "loop it all the way over", if thats what you want.
Used to have to sit back hard and pull back to get a nice catwalk, now it comes up without too much effort.
Worth the 30 second install.
