getting a new bike, opinions?

i have a lemon 660r, everyone i take it to says that the raptors are pretty good about repairs and such and that i just have bad luck. so i think i'm still gonna stay with yamaha.
i really want a banshee but i do alot of mountain trail riding. i was wondering if a banshee would be a terrible choice as i would do mountain riding with whatever i get. (i've never rode a banshee before but i'd really like to check one out).
if i dont get a banshee i think i'll go for a raptor 700 or a suzuki ltr 450.
between those two bikes which is the fastest?

I would recommend a 4-stroke machine for mountain riding. You don't want to be up on a mountain with a fouled spark plug or out of gas without any oil to mix. Banshees have their place, but there are better trail bikes. A Raptor 700 would be a great choice. I don't have one, but everything I hear and read is positive about them. They are supposed to be Yamaha's top trail quad. Both the 700 and the LTR450 are fast, probably be a close race, but the 700 was built for the trails and the 450 was built for the track.

i wouold defintitly stay away from the banshees if you do mountain riding. i have heard good things about the 700r but my dad has a z450 and it is a great bike we go to the dunes and trails in the mountains it kicks *** in both. either choice you make will most likely be a good one

If you are already familiar with and like (except for your lemon issues) the Rappy, go to the 700. It's like they took yours, but made it into a Porsche.
The 450 is great bike, but it's a race-style motor, not a lot of low end torque. You will be shifting a lot more than you are used to, to stay in the power band.
