Default clutch problem

I took my engine out and painted it and put it back in and had it all marked to where it was and now my clutch isn't working correctly...I have a hydraulic clutch (mistake 1) and I guess my springs in the clutch aren't strong and need to be replaced because it isn't pulling the slave cylincder back and my clutch is engaged whenever I ride and when I pull the perch is won't disengage the clutch...I bled the system and there is no difference...Would u say it is time for a new clutch and springs? thanks

Default clutch problem

I think it is due for a clutch and springs because it is original I am sure and isn't pulling the arm back and is keeping the arm how it would be if you held the clutch perch in half way...I am going to mess with it tomorrow and see if I can make it better and if not then I guess she is due.
