Default OIL CHANGE

IT IS GETTING CLOSE TO CHANGE THE OIL FOR THE FIRST TIME ON MY 500 X2. I HAVE 4 QUARTS OF MOBIL FULL SYNTHETIC OIL AND IT IS 0W30 AND NOT THE 0W40 THAT I WAS TOLD TO USE. I PERSONALLY DON'T SEE A PROBLEM USING IT DOES ANYBODY SEE A PROBLEM? ALSO IS THERE AN OFF BRAND OIL FILTER I CAN USE INSTEAD OF A POLARIS FILTER? I KNOW DONALDSONMAKES A GOOD FILTER AND I THOUGHT OF USING ONE OF THEIRS. ALL OPINIONS WELCOME.

Default OIL CHANGE

if your going to run this in hot weather, i would stick to using the 0-40 as these tend to run hot and will break down the oil a little faster in hot weather. in cooler temps i dont think it would hurt, but its just my opinion.
