I was riding last weekend and a rear wheel and about a third of my Durablue axle passed me on the trail. I've got a couple questions regarding this failure. Could a too soft rear suspension or worn out rear shock be a contributing factor to this failure? I also checked the Durablue website for warranty info. Do you know how to tell the difference between the heavy duty or the eliminator axle? The eliminator has a lifetime warranty whereas the heavy duty is six months.

If I strike out on a warranty replacement, I was thinking the RPM Dominator axle replacement. Any personal experience with that axle or got a better recommendation? Thanks

 

the heavy duty axle isnt extended, so if its extended then its the eliminator. if you can get it replaced get it and sell it on ebay and buy a LSR or RPM or a G-Force
