Hmmmmm..... This is America after all, the land of opportunities and business deals. I'm not sure what the retail price of that manual is, but I will start the bidding at $10.00 above and beyond what the C.O.D. shipping charges are...

By the way, I hope to offend no one at this offer. Yeah, there are those of us who would like to get stuff like this for free, and sometimes that happens. I for one think that sometimes in circumstances like this, people can help each other out as well. I would be willing to pay a little for the manual, rather than having to pay full retail. This helps me and helps the owner of the manual as well.
