I just put a used 01 Raptor swingarm on my 02 Raptor, it fit fine.. along with new axle bearings... I then installed a Tusk Kill Switch.

It seemed to work fine, but sometimes it wont start right when i push the start button.. i gotta push it several times.. even a bit hard for it to start... now it wont start at all!!

Any advice???

I had a similar problem on my 01 Raptor. Take apart the control housing where the start/run switch is located. Check for dirt/sand in the switch and also the starter button. I cleaned mine out and it all works like new.

You also my want to double-check your wiring job on the kill switch you installed
