While Honda doesnt give the exact ratio of air/fuel, My memories says it should be at about 14:1. Does it run well? Is the spark plug blackened? Is the air filter clean?
If you are still thinking it is to rich, you can change the main jet, install a new slide needle or adjust the current needle if its ok. Get a high flow air filter, however with a high flow air filter you also get more dirt.

What's your gas milage and or how many hours can you run it before filling up. Far as specs .006" on intake and exhaust. Does it run good?

Make sure the choke cable has slack in it and is not holding it open just a tad.
