looks like the ones for the lightshowever.. there should be a 2nd one like it...

 

Or they could be the wires that used to go to the clutch perch for the parking brake.

 

nah.. the outside covering on the wire looks liek the oens going to the lights..

 

i take that back.. it has to be the parking brake wire... i'll check mnie tomorrow to see what color the wires are for the plug that just hangs

 

Yeah, and the lights have 3 wires going to them...1 for ground, 1 for low beam, and 1 for high beam. My parking brake wires look just like that. Tony, if these wires are the old parking brake wires, they should have nothing to do with your starting issues. Have you checked the fuse in the rear at the starter solenoid yet?

 

No wher is it located? On the starter solenoid. Im new to fixing atv's. So I hope you don't think im an idiot. Thanks.
