i work at a atv repairshop and today i was working on an 350 raptor the guy said it didnt start and he forgot the keys at home and said he be back. after waiting for 3 hours we bypassed the keys and got it to start after cleaning the carb i test rode it after getting about a block from the shop it shutoff. it shut off because the electrics failed. it wouldn't start from the buttons on the bars only when you connect the two ends of the solanod after i got it running again the tool i used to bypass the keys fell off and it shutoff. after connecting it now it doesnt start theirs now spark. any body know what would of failed to cause these problems i really need help.

 

does anyone know what the keys connect to because i think that maybe blown

 

the owner came in today and gave us the keys. i think i found out the problem the volt regulater is bad i found out it connects to all of the components.

 

you focked up the harness with your stupidity... what else do u want?
