Had my 03 blaster rebuit (finally). I got the exhaust gasket which was like a washer - about a 1/6 thick. This just did not seem to bolt together right (floated around). Would it hurt anything to just skip the washer/gasket?

 

I have the same problem with my 95 warrior, you can ride it but you would want to fix it as soon as you could.
