hello, i have a polaris sportsman 800 '05 , and i dont know how to reset the oil change/service indicator , no service manual or local dealership is aviable!
When ignition switched on, a wrench icon/light/ is iluminated, after that the check engine ligt turns on, the engine runs with no problems though.
anyone knows anything about it or where i can find info ?

hamanns, check an owners mannual, the sevice indicator is preset to go on every 50 hrs , to reset it you must get into the diagnostic mode of the information center on your instrument cluster/display. pg 43-44 goes over it.

look for one of my old posts here. I believe it was stendori that posted up the manuel for mine. its a '03 700 but I'm not sure if yours would be the same

 

05' 800 owners maual it might come out. try going to page 43 i think.
