kodiak exhaust recomendation

I am interested in upgrading the exhaust on my '00 kodiak and am looking for recommendations since I know little about them. To my knowledge there are only 2 being made for the 2000 kodiak and its the supertrapp ids2 and fmf megamax II. Also, what advantages will I notice and are jet kits necessary ?
