Has anyone had issues with the rubber bushings in the rear suspension cracking / splitting?

 

What bushings? they do get worn and fall apart.I need to replace a few on my 07 now. depends how ya ride as to how often they go out

I am calling the dealer today, I bought the quad 2 weekends ago and have only put 25 miles on it. I noticed the cracks when I was cleaning it up after riding this weekend.

Sorry for the duplicate posts, I kept getting a server error when I tried to post. I didn't think it posted, so I tried again.

 

I wouldn't expect only 25 miles! defect get it back to the dealer.
Maybe after 2500 miles if it wasn't greased properly.

 

According to my dealer, this is a known problem with poor quality bushings. When I brought my seat back with "crumbled" rubber grommets they made the remark that they must be using the same rubber they use in the rubber bushings that are going bad. They should fix it for you.

 

I just spoke to the dealer. They said it is a defect in the bushings. Told me to bring it in and they will replace them.

 

Mine were bad right off the showroom floor. Dealer replaced them before I picked it up. Polaris knows of the problem because my dealer had mucho stock.
