rear brake lever seized?

Default rear brake lever seized?

my rear brake lever could be seized i believe. i took the pin off the backside of it, the spring and master cylinder are off as well so nothing is holding the brake lever in place. the lever does not want to move up or down very well nor slide out... any quick help would be great

knowing what kind of bike it is may also help

also tried heating it and using pb blaster and got nothing
