i have a honda 500 rubicon and want to know what everyone likes and if anyone has the same honda and what they used? i really want somethig that sounds awesome and will eccoo through the trails. something like when youve heard a quat you kept looking to se what was makeing that awesome rumble thanks everyone

 

Less Sound = More Ground!

I can see the point in getting an exhaust to improve performance, but to just make it louder is just plain dumb!

 

OF COURSE....you want it for performance but they all give you that just some more than others. i have oversized tires and need a little extra. I also want something that sounds good not like those stupid little cars that run around sounding like a bumble-bee on steroids. and i have a old harley and i guess that i just like that loud rumble!!! and then again harley davidson doesnt make a atv so i have to do something to make a honda sound better.

 

hmf really rumbles.....and flows . add a quietcore for $20 and you can install it in about 5 mins. just be awqare that rejetting is prob needed.

they do offer the jets with the pipe free, which is a great deal.

if you want it to sound aknowing and obnoxous do what harleydavidson does and (if its 2 cilinder) ajust the timing off a tad.
