after riding the trails and taking a break i tried to get back out on trails but i couldnt shift for some reason any ideas is only a few months old and i dont like the dealers ripping me off so i want to do the repairs myself and suggestions would be great thanks

 

what exactly is it doing?

just because u are saying it won't shift doesn't mean it's one thing
could be.. bent shift force, misadjusted clutch, worn drum, loose bolt that randomly results in this issue, shifter not getitng full movement, just gotta go through a process of elimination.

 

my quad has less then 30hrs on it after ive ran it and shut it off then get back on while still warm ill press the clutch in and go to shift out of nutral i cant get it to go into any gear it feels like im pressing the cluch pedel hard enough and i dont want to break it

i mean shift pedal

 

if it has less than 30 hour take it back to the dealer
