05' 250 Trailblazer 10ft water New top end HELP

Just sunk the trailblazer in the river, it was floating while I was swimming beside it . Got all the water out of the airbox and exhaust . Still would not run so I tore down the top end . Now, how do I get all the water out of the bottom of the crankcase ?
While I have it apart I am going to freshen up the top end. Should I go with a stock piston/rings or an aftermarket ?
What should I spray down in the bottom end to displace all the water droplets and lube up the crank bearings ?

change the oil and run it then drain it again.
but since you have it torn down already I am not sure about getting all the bearings lubed good without tearing everything down and going through each one unless you get the motor built within a couple of days to keep the amount of rust down.

There is a 10mm plug on the bottum of the crank case, pull that out and drain it. As for fogging, not sure maybe drawing a heavy airfuel mixture thru the cases without a spark plug in it. Go Wiseco for sure, depending on whether it needs a bore or not. Doc

There is a 6mm bolt in the bottom of the crankcase assy that you can drain it with. It takes a 10mm socket to remove it. Remove it, if nothing comes out, push something through the hole to make sure there is nothing obstructing it. Let it drain. Put 2 cycle oil down in the bottom. There are hole in the crancase that goes to the bearings. Squirt oil in there. Roll it over by hand. Spray it again. You should be ok.

even 2 strokes require motoroil to keep the bearings from seizing so they do have crankcase oil.

A polaris 250 motor uses the oil/fuel to lube the crank bearings. There isn't any oil to change. On 350 and 400 there is a counterbalance assy that needs oil but it still doesn't lube the crank bearings. The oil you dump in the front tank does.
