So I did it I put two hundred dollars down on a new ds 450 can't wait, dearler tell's me some time in the middle of october oh baby . Frankly yamaha pissed me off for not puting EFI on the new 08 yfz but truthly I would still go with the ds 450 even if they put EFI on the yfz. I can't wait to take it out and get it dirty oh baby

CAN-AM did ALOT of research on this new DS450, Be prepared for some "outlandish" ideas that work really well but are (not japanese) This thing should ROCK right out of the box!
I have been a SKI-DOO/ROTAX (not the same but close) fan for alot of years and they always come up with some pretty cool ideas!

went to a local dealership and they had one and they let me take it for a spin in the parking lot and it was pretty sweet. didnt really test the suspestion other than going off a high curb but during that it handled in just fine. i sure hope that other comanys start to put good tires on there quads like they did with it. it sucks to go spend like $300 just get good tires on your quad when you got brand new ones on there.

Congrats on the new quad!! I sure hope you don't need any factory parts or accessories for it because can am is slow as christmas on parts!! I just got the renegade 500 which is also new for this year and I can't get anything from dealer! It's all back ordered.
