After I get the bug work out.

Was debating on a stage 1 cam or the aftermarket filter and oil box. Anyone have any insight.

Riding style - Trail riding / Woods racing

Setup as of now - stock other than shock, using my old axis setup that came from the banshee, lower the whole ATV 2" thru some bike bars on it, sit's about 1/2 lower than a 400ex

If you don't have a pipe yet, I would suggest getting one of them first. Curtis Sparks sounds wicked and performs excellent on the 660. Filter would be next.

You want more performance, work on new air filter intake, rejet and exhaust for starters. Do that before you bust into the motor. I like the performance of my Sparks X6 exhaust.

Has the Whitebros E-Series Exh. using stock headpipe seen the pro design airfilter what do you recommend.

drop one tooth on front sprockets was debating about going up 2-3 in the rear, would like to see 3rd come into play more than it does.

My recommended order of upgrade:
1) Air Intake - Proflow or GYTR setup with the billet aluminum filter adapter so your can remove the airbox lid and then rejet
2) Bore the head - add a 102mm 11:1 compression piston
3) Then add Stage 1 cam

The stage 1 cam isn't going to do much when the machine can't breathe. Get a clamp on GYTR or Pro-Design filter kit first. The next step would be an aftermarket exhaust, but if for some reason that's not an option for you then the stage 1 would be the next step.

Cylinders get bored, heads get ported. I'm sure that's what you meant, just wanted to clear things up.
