I have a chance to buy an older Kodiak 400 that 'looks' minty & has very low mileage for a decent price, I'm told it has low range & diff lock.

I guess my questions are whether or not this thing would push a snow plow or if it's just too small/light/underpowered?

 

I guess I would be able to answer you better in May 2008, but if it is any help, I have just bought a 2000 Yamaha Ultramatic with a 60 inch plow, that has been used to plow a long driveway. I asked a lot of questions as to whether the machine could handle the job, and dealers who should know said that is ok.
