Default Polaris 1993 bigboss 6x6

Hi hi
Help needed im in uk and have a 1993 polaris 350l big boss 6x6 the vin number says 350l but it has 400 stamped on cylinder head ? Want to completly rebuild engine and need to ensure correct parts sourced . Do they do this

May not be that big of a deal. The 350 and 400 shared the same bottom end,only the top end changed. Rod length was the same on both engines. 70mm/2.758 on the rod. The 350 bore was 80mm/3.152 std, 400 was 83mm/3.270 std. Possible that someone just installed a 400 cylinder and head on a 350 bottom end. You can order bottom end parts say for a 1993 350 which be fine,order piston/rings head gasket,base gasket for the 400. They shared the same base gasket also.Any updated 350/400 parts would be noted on most parts lists. Here's one here. http://www.cyclepartswarehouse.com/f...Vs&mfg=Polaris
