Hi everyone I'm brand new to this forum but am not new to forums in general... I have owned the Grizzly 700 special edition this whole summer and have loved it and just this past week I was going up a steep hill and it popped up and rolled over backwards and bounced about a mile down the mountain. I wasn't hurt and some more good news is that it was fully insured so I'm just waiting to hear back from the insurance company...

My question is how much would the engine be worth if I decided to sell it? I don't know enough about engines to take it out and do something with it myself... I would just probably sell the whole totalled Grizz with it. (I can post some pics this week but be certain that nothing but the engine is salvagable) I think the engine would be still good cause it was protected unlike the rest of the machine...the electronic power steering would be on there too...

Any help would be great!

 

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, but I would GUESS that the engine ansd power steering would be worth about $1000-1500.
