Just brought this project home and I'm looking for some info. There is a lever on the right side of the head with rubber cover on the handle that has an arrow pointing up and says "on."

What the crap does this do? Previous owner was clueless, and I haven't seen this before on any other atv. There is no cable connection, so I don't think its an auto decompression feature. Also, how difficult is it to rebuilt an autoclutch? thanks

It is a decompression lever for when pull starting. There is no cable because it directly opens the exhaust valve. It is fairly simple to rebuiild an auto clutch with minor mechanical ability and maybe a manual to help out.
