jetting for modded warrior

Default jetting for modded warrior

what main jet would i need for a ported, stage 2 hotcam, 83.5 wiseco 10.25/1 piston, pro circuit t4 pipe? will i need to change the pilot too? will i need to take the airbox lid off or can i jet it to run with the lid on? thanks for the help.

Default jetting for modded warrior

You won't need to change the pilot jet. You have to run the air lid on the Warrior because the top is what holds the filter in. You can drill large holes in it or cut the rear half off, but make sure you do the airbox mods before jetting, as that will throw the jetting off. Not sure which jet to start with, I don't even know which one I have in mine. What you do is keep putting larger jets in until it starts busting up on top end, then go back down one size and you should be close. After jetting and riding it for a while, make sure your sparkplug is grey/tan and not white, the white would mean it's too lean.
