What are the best pipes and silencers to get for a '97 Warrior? I've heard that the White Bros. are pretty good. Does anyone have a White Bros pipe on their Warrior? Are you happy with it? Does anyone have another brand that theyre happy with?

My friend had a white bros. on his 98 warrior. It is VERY loud. He got rid of it about 2 months later cause there wasnt really any noticable performance increase. 4strokes are not like 2 strokes when it comes to aftermarket exhausts.

Hey check out https://atvconnection.com/ the best site on the net for ATV information.

I have the DMC Dual Barrel exhaust system for my 2000 Warrior (pipe, silencer, spark arrestor). I love the sound and their is a noticeable improvement in performance across the low-mid-high ranges. You will need to rejet, and I would recommend adding a Pro Flow kit with K & N air filter at the same time. I am pleased with this set-up on my ride. Next steps are a mild cam, valve springs and a better carb. Good luck!

My FMF has worked out great for me. There is a definite power increase, and I can almost tolerate the added noise!

All i have to say is don't get a DG. I have a stock 96 warrior, and i rode a 98 warrior with a DG complete system. it was terrible, there was LESS power, and it was very poorly made. it rattled and clanged around the whole time.

I like the looks of the new Pro-Circuit,and the white-bros. R-series

I have a '96 Warrior with the White Brothers E-Series silencer...and I love it. The sound level is a bit loud....but I prefer it like that. It sounds awesome...meaner than my friends 400EX's. And it looks great...I noticed an increase in power the first time I rode with it. Seems like I get more torque and can pull wheelies easier. I also went up to a 15 tooth c/s sprocket with my 20" Bandit tires....perfect set up.

I have a wolverine with a procircuit pipe on it, It sounds awesome and if its too loud they make a quiet baffle for it, it also has 3 different tunable end caps for torque midrange and top end. I have the stock all around end cap and its great power is much better i can easily pop wheelies now and it revs out way better on top, I also installed the prodesign system with foam filter, and bumped up the jetting a bit. I would highly recommend the procircuit, if you choose another system make sure its a megaphone style system without a restrictive end cap like those on the megamaxII e-series and supercrap. I have seen several pipes on the dyno at a local shop, the same shop that put nitrous on the raptor in the february issue of dirtwheels. And the pipes like the procircuit, FMF IV2,R-series, dmc, lrd. Put out more power, also look for a spark arrested muffler that dosent require the power robbing end caps found on those like the megamax2 and supertrapp. The procircuit can also be polished to a mirror finish with some elbow grease.
Good Luck, and I hope you enjoy whichever new pipe you choose to buy!

You obivously aren't to bright. I happen to have a SUPERTRAPP exhaust on my warrior. The closed end cap is the spark arrester. I uncorked mine when I ride at the track or when I'm racing. Believe me it's load but sounds very throaty. It will be the best sounding fourstroke on the track. I have had many people tell me that it sounds awesome and very healthy. You put the plates (end cap) back on for trail riding.

head ported and polished
durablue 2+2 axle

you obviously cant read! moron, I said that she should purchase a pipe that has a spark arrester other than the type that closes the end of the muffler, put your hand over your mouth and try to breath, keep it there until you pass out... moron, and learn how air flows through a muffler, then you will under stand why every top engine builder. in any sport does not use a disc type muffler, any time you restrict flow you restrict horsepower, therefor by adding discs to any muffler you restrict its flow, for results read above. If you restrict flow it is sometimes possible to gain bottom end, in the form of torque, but you will sacrifice top end, and maximum horsepower... If you think I am not very bright, continue the use of your supercrapp and realize, that when you need extra power on the trail that you cant have it, because you will be breaking forrestry service laws, by doing so. I did not once insult your intelligence nor your exhaust contraption, it is mearly my opinion and hypothesis, based upon facts, and dyno results, sorry but dont insult me unless I insult you first!
