I changed the oil - I primed the pump - I heard the air. I see the level in the tank go down - the filter is hot and I hear gurgleing from the oil tank. I checked the oil - the level is good. I see the oil is filled with tiny bubbles. I primed it again and heard the air. The gurgeling went away. I havent rode it yet and start it up and the gurgle is back again. Oil level is still good.

what the heck it going on? anyone know???????

 

Did you have the oil cap on??........How can you hear the air and see the level in the tank go down????.................The lid should be on!!!!!..........Caper...............

 

yeh I had the cap on - I checked it before and after. it's almost like the pump isnt pumping at full capcity. The oil seems ALOT thicker than what was in there too. I bought the Polaris 4 cycle premium synthetic.

 

If you heard the air and squeezed the line off before the crack(in hose)..............And the level is good.....Then your good to go!!!!!...............Caper.............
