Dinli will not start

New piston and rings, plug, gas, has spark, could the electric choke be bad, will fire on a shot of ether or gas?

i guess i dont know what a "Dinli"is? never heard of an electric choke on a atv. chances are if its firing on a shot of gas then ist a carb issue or bad vacume to suck the gas in. need more info on bike.

what would cause a bad vacum, the carb has a electric choke and if it goes bad i need to put a whole new carb on it
