no replies? come on guys i know somebody has adjusted the tension on timing chain is polaris different from other atvs?

 

bump?anyone ever done this?anybody have a downloadable manual for this bike?would like to get this fixed soon really bothers me riding it dont wanna blow it up! thanks alot

 

explain what bike you have. im gonna say that you probably have a trail boss 325? dont know the specifics but there is a bolt on the front left hand side of the cylinder. tighten that up but not too tight. like i said dont know the specifics bit you go too tight and it wll break the chain. maybe somebody else can give you torque specs

 

its a 2000 polaris trail boss 325 2x4 runs great other than rattling in top end im gonna adjust valves and wanted to check the timing chain tension too would just like too know what i needed to do. thanks alot!
